The nightlife in Auckland is mainly in three different neighbourhoods: Parnell, Ponsonby and Viaduct Harbour.

Parnell is the most poshest area of those three. If you want to go out on Wednesday go to Parnell. The rest of the week Parnell is empty.

Another place is High Street. High St is near Britomart (Queen St). There are several bars and clubs as well. If you like house music go to The Met in High St.
